GUEST INFORMATION
Terms & Conditions
Mas Domnik 2027 | February 4–10, 2027
By purchasing an Amour Travel package, accommodation, add-on, event ticket, excursion, transportation service, or other travel-related service, the guest (“Guest”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. BOOKING & PAYMENT
A booking is not confirmed until the required initial payment has been successfully received by Amour Travel.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the standard payment schedule is:
Initial Payment — 50% A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the Guest’s reservation.
Second Payment — 25% An additional 25% of the total booking amount is due 30 days after the initial 50% deposit.
Final Payment The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than January 15, 2027.
Guests are responsible for keeping track of their payment deadlines. Amour Travel may provide payment reminders as a courtesy; however, failure to receive a reminder does not change the Guest’s payment obligations.
Failure to make a required payment by its due date may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of amounts already paid in accordance with the cancellation and refund policy below.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
2. PACKAGE DATES
The standard Amour Travel Mas Domnik 2027 experience operates February 4–10, 2027.
Guests are responsible for reviewing their selected package, accommodation dates, inclusions, exclusions, and any approved add-ons before completing payment.
Purchasing a package does not automatically include any service, event, excursion, accommodation, transportation, costume, or add-on unless it is specifically listed as included in the Guest’s booking confirmation or invoice.
3. ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is only included when specifically stated in the Guest’s confirmed booking.
Accommodation options are subject to availability and may have separate property rules, deposits, occupancy limits, check-in/check-out requirements, and damage policies.
Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning charges, missing property, fines, or other charges caused by themselves or members of their party.
Amour Travel is not responsible for a Guest being denied accommodation because of conduct, failure to provide required identification, violation of property rules, or failure to comply with the accommodation provider’s requirements.
4. TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is included only where specifically stated in the Guest’s confirmed package or booking.
Guests must be ready at communicated pickup times. Amour Travel and its transportation partners cannot guarantee that transportation will wait for guests who are late.
Travel times may change because of traffic, road closures, Carnival activity, weather, government restrictions, or other circumstances outside Amour Travel’s reasonable control.
Rental vehicles, where applicable, are subject to the rental provider’s own eligibility requirements, driver's license requirements, deposits, insurance, fees, and terms.
5. EVENTS, EXCURSIONS & ACTIVITIES
Event tickets, excursions, tours, Carnival experiences, beauty appointments, wellness activities, photography services, and other add-ons are subject to availability and the policies of the applicable third-party provider.
Schedules, venues, routes, performers, operating hours, and other event or activity details may change.
Amour Travel may coordinate these services but does not control the independent operation of third-party events, vendors, venues, tour operators, Carnival bands, transportation providers, or activity providers.
6. CARNIVAL ROAD EXPERIENCE
Access to specific Amour Travel Road Cart experiences may depend on the Guest meeting the applicable participation requirements communicated for that experience, including any required Carnival band registration.
Guests are responsible for independently purchasing and securing their Carnival costume unless their booking expressly states otherwise.
Amour Travel does not guarantee costume availability, sizing, section availability, or fulfillment by an independent Carnival band.
7. REST & RESET LOUNGE
Eligible Amour Travel guests will receive access to the Rest & Reset Lounge on Carnival Monday and Tuesday according to their package inclusions.
Entry may require an Amour Travel wristband, identification, and/or verification against the official guest list.
Lost, transferred, altered, or damaged wristbands may result in denied access or replacement fees.
Complimentary items, including drink tickets where included, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. ADD-ONS
Add-ons are not automatically included with a package unless specifically stated.
Availability must be confirmed before an add-on is considered secured. Some add-ons may require separate payments, deposits, waivers, or provider agreements.
9. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations Before November 1, 2026
A Guest may request to cancel their Amour Travel booking at any time before November 1, 2026.
For eligible cancellations received before this deadline, the Guest will receive a partial refund equal to 50% of the total amount actually paid to Amour Travel as of the cancellation date.
The remaining 50% of amounts paid is non-refundable and will be retained to account for booking administration, planning, reservations, and financial commitments made in connection with the Guest’s trip.
Cancellations On or After November 1, 2026
Effective November 1, 2026, all payments made to Amour Travel are non-refundable.
This applies regardless of the Guest’s reason for cancellation, except where a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
After this date, Amour Travel may have already committed or paid funds toward accommodations, transportation, events, excursions, vendors, inventory, staffing, and other services required to execute the Mas Domnik experience.
Circumstances Outside Amour Travel’s Control
Refunds will not be provided because a Guest is unable to attend or participate due to circumstances outside Amour Travel’s control.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Missed flights
- Delayed flights
- Cancelled flights
- Airline schedule changes
- Missed connections
- Ferry delays or cancellations
- Denied boarding
- Passport or visa issues

- Illness or personal emergencies
- Weather-related travel disruptions
- A Guest arriving late or departing early
- A Guest missing an event, excursion, appointment, pickup, or other included service
- Other transportation or travel disruptions outside Amour Travel’s reasonable control
Such circumstances do not create an entitlement to a refund, credit, or reduction in the booking price unless Amour Travel expressly agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
For this reason, Amour Travel strongly recommends that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, flight disruption, and other unforeseen circumstances.
10. THIRD-PARTY CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Amour Travel works with independent accommodations, transportation companies, event organizers, Carnival bands, tour operators, venues, restaurants, beauty professionals, and other service providers.
If a third-party provider cancels or materially changes a service, Amour Travel will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change and, where reasonably possible, assist with an alternative or applicable supplier remedy.
Amour Travel cannot guarantee refunds for funds that have already been paid to and retained by an independent provider.
11. WEATHER, CARNIVAL & EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Carnival activities and travel services may be affected by weather, natural disasters, government action, public safety restrictions, transportation interruptions, event cancellations, strikes, emergencies, or other circumstances outside Amour Travel’s reasonable control.
Amour Travel is not responsible for guaranteeing weather conditions, Carnival routes, event schedules, performers, or uninterrupted operation of third-party services.
12. FLIGHTS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Unless specifically included in writing, airfare is not included.
Guests are responsible for arranging their own flights and ensuring that their passport, visa, immigration documentation, vaccination or health documentation, and other entry requirements are valid for travel to Dominica.
Amour Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed flights, flight cancellations, baggage issues, or airline schedule changes.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
13. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel interruption, baggage loss, flight disruption, and other unexpected circumstances.
Amour Travel is not an insurance provider and does not guarantee that any particular circumstance will be covered by a Guest’s insurance policy.
14. HEALTH, SAFETY & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Guests participate in travel, Carnival activities, excursions, tours, water activities, ATV activities, nightlife, and other experiences at their own risk.
Guests are responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of participating in an activity and for following all safety instructions provided by Amour Travel and third-party operators.
Guests must behave responsibly and comply with applicable laws, venue rules, vendor policies, and reasonable safety instructions.
Amour Travel reserves the right to discontinue service or access for a Guest whose behavior creates a material safety risk, substantially disrupts the experience of others, or violates applicable laws or provider requirements.
15. ALCOHOL
Guests consuming alcohol are responsible for doing so responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.
Complimentary alcoholic beverages, where offered, are only available to guests legally permitted to consume alcohol.
Amour Travel reserves the right to refuse alcohol service or participation where reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.
16. PERSONAL PROPERTY
Guests are responsible for their own phones, passports, money, costumes, luggage, jewelry, electronics, and other personal belongings.
Amour Travel is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal property except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
17. PHOTOS, VIDEO & CONTENT
Amour Travel may photograph or record portions of the Mas Domnik experience for promotional, social media, website, advertising, and recap purposes.
Where legally required, any use of a Guest’s recognizable image or likeness will be subject to applicable consent requirements.
Guests who have privacy concerns should notify Amour Travel before participating in organized media or content activities.
18. GUEST INFORMATION
Guests are responsible for providing accurate names, contact information, travel details, accommodation information, emergency contacts, and other information reasonably required to coordinate their booking.
Amour Travel is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or late information supplied by the Guest.
19. ITINERARY CHANGES
Amour Travel reserves the right to make reasonable itinerary, transportation, timing, meeting-point, or operational changes when necessary because of vendor changes, Carnival operations, weather, safety concerns, or circumstances outside Amour Travel’s reasonable control.
Where a material included service becomes unavailable, Amour Travel will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative or communicate any applicable remedy.
20. LIABILITY
Amour Travel acts as a travel concierge and coordinator and works with independent third-party service providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amour Travel is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, negligence, cancellations, delays, injuries, losses, or service failures of third-party providers that Amour Travel does not own or control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
21. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Guests should contact Amour Travel promptly regarding billing concerns or service disputes so that the matter can be reviewed.
Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically cancel contractual payment obligations or establish entitlement to a refund.
Amour Travel may provide the payment processor or financial institution with booking confirmations, invoices, these accepted Terms & Conditions, communications, proof of services provided, and other relevant records when responding to a payment dispute.
22. COMMUNICATIONS
Guests are responsible for monitoring the email address, telephone number, WhatsApp account, or other contact method supplied during booking for important trip information.
Amour Travel is not responsible for missed information resulting from incorrect contact details or a Guest’s failure to review communications.
23. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By checking the acceptance box and completing checkout, the Guest confirms that they:

- Understand that certain services are provided by independent third parties.

Electronic acceptance of these Terms & Conditions constitutes the Guest’s agreement to be bound by them, subject to applicable law.
